Delivery and Shipping Fees - Local delivery

Express Delivery
For next business day delivery, place your order before 12pm. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays. Express delivery orders placed on Friday before 12pm will be delivered on Saturday or Monday.
Restricted Zones
We don't deliver to P.O. boxes, army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore.

Order Update
If you need to change your order or shipping address, please reach out to us at admin@swellmaternity.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee the change can be completed, but we will do our best to help. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Order & Shipping Confirmation
Once an order is placed, Swell will send through an order confirmation with the details of your order. We will send through the shipping confirmation as soon as your order has shipped. Haven't received your order or shipping confirmation yet? Our emails sometimes end up in the spam or promotions folders. Please check these locations for your order & shipping confirmation. Please email our customer service team at admin@swellmaternity.com if you are still unable to locate your order or shipping confirmation.
Promo Codes & Discounts
Swell is happy to offer all new customers 10% off of their first purchase on our site. Once subscribed to our emails and texts, we'll keep you updated on current promotions and discounts that can be redeemed on our website or in store.
Please note, we are unable to apply more than one discount code per order. The original discount code that is used will be honored, and we are unable to apply additional discounts once an order has been placed.

Final Sale
Items marked final sale at checkout are not eligible for a return, exchange or return for credit. Underwear is non-returnable.
Gift With Purchase
All free gifts with purchase are subject to change due to availability. Swell is unable to reship free gifts with purchase.

Returns & Exchange
Returns for online orders are applicable to full price items only and are at the cost of the customer to return to Singapore.
Return/Exchange Process
Return methods (For Singapore)
Please note that we do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees.
We do not reimburse returns made via a non-traceable mode of postage if it is not received.
You will receive a confirmation email once you have submitted your return request.
You will receive Store Credits into your account. An email will be sent once we've processed your return.
Return methods (International)
We don’t currently cover the cost of returns for our International Customers. Therefore, you can use your local postal service or a courier to send the item back to us.
We recommend using a tracked service and keeping the tracking information handy. Don't forget to enclose a completed Returns form with your order.

Please note that the speed at which we receive your return will depend on the service you use to send it back to us. We usually aim to have orders processed within 5 working days of receiving them back in our warehouse.
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to lodge and post your return item/s.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and placed in a suitable parcel bag.
Return/Exchange Process
- Log into your account and click onto Orders.
- Click onto Return request and select the order number and the item you would like to return. Choose the reason for return.
- We’ll then send you an e-mail with your return instructions.
- Package your goods in all original packaging, items must be unworn and in as-new condition with all tags attached.
- Print and securely attach the provided Returns label to the front of your return package.
- Please allow up to 7-10 business days from the date of delivery back to our warehouse for your return to be processed.

- Use a SingPost POPStation.
- Visit a Ninjavan drop-off point.
